HTech is seeking a motivated and experienced Tele-Sales Executive, TSR/CSR to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and prospects
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Process orders and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills
  • Educational background: Intermediate to Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in a similar tele-sales or customer service role is preferred
