  • Assist in End-to-end recruitment across all projects, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of talent for current and future job openings.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with our organization.
  • Guide candidates through the offer process and negotiate compensation packages in alignment with company standards.
  • Assist in the onboarding and integration process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Conduct a detailed analysis of HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a succession planning framework, ensuring a pipeline of talent to meet future leadership needs.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of succession planning efforts, making necessary adjustments to the plan.
