Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and analyzing market trends. They will coordinate with finance teams to assess profitability, enhance customer service strategies to meet client needs, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to support business objectives.

Qualifications & Skill Set Required:

  • Cold calling & cold emailing
  • LinkedIn outreach & social selling
  • Prospect research and segmentation
  • Confidence in virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet)
  • Ability to build long-term client trust
  • Regular follow-ups and upselling
  • Managing partnerships and referrals
  • Understanding of software development life cycle will be a plus
  • Basic SEO/SEM knowledge
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (optional)
  • Pipeline and funnel management
  • Reporting KPIs like leads, conversions, revenue
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
