Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the overall regasification operations and inventory management of our LNG import terminal. The ideal candidate will have at least 09 years of post-qualification experience in Oil and Gas / Public Sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving the development of consolidated Annual Delivery Programs (ADPs) during ADP meetings, taking critical and timely decisions regarding any variations to the planned ADP, managing contracts between stakeholders, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth operations, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of reports and responses to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall regasification operations and inventory management of LNG import terminal on day-to-day basis in line with contractual requirements.
  • Review and approve the development of consolidated Annual Delivery Program (ADP) during ADP meeting to develop ADP for successive year in conjunction with stakeholders concerned.
  • Take critical and timely decisions regarding any variation to the planned ADP due to operational variances including upstream and downstream arrangements.
  • Manage contract executed between stakeholders. Ensure that Operator's performance with respect to terminal operations is in line with contract requirements.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders including terminal operator, downstream customer, LNG supplier, ministry, regulator etc. to ensure smooth LNG terminal operations.
  • Ensure RLNG invoices are accurate as per contract and processed in timely manner.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, responses to internal and external stakeholders, Ministry, and government auditors.
  • Respond to requirement of internal and external auditors including Government Audit w.r.t queries relevant to LNG Domain.
  • Implement auditor recommendations/suggestions w.r.t terminal audits post finalization of work.
  • Develop and implement risk response strategies for risks under their management.
