  • Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for export and import services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure pricing aligns with market trends and customer demands.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create pricing proposals and negotiate rates with clients and carriers.
  • Monitor and analyse pricing performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize profitability.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end operations of export and import processes, including documentation and transportation.
  • Ensure compliance within international regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with carriers, agents, and other stakeholders to streamline operations and resolve issues.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to pricing and operational matters.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective service delivery.
Skills & Experience

Experience:

· Minimum of 4 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management, with a focus on pricing and operations.

Skills:

  • · Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, and freight forwarding processes.
  • · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • · Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
