We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to generating leads, and the ability to work collaboratively with the operation team. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with customers and generate new business
  2. Form a customer base by establishing communication with prospective clients, understanding their supply chain needs, and building out proposals to meet their requirements
  3. Promote our services which include, but are not limited to Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, and Trucking
  4. Create quotes and bid proposals and present them to prospective customers
  5. Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and objectives
  6. Identify market trends and competitive rate actions and communicate those trends to management
  7. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
  8. Maintain consistent communication with the Operations team and overseas offices
Job Specification
  1. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in International freight forwarding sales or general sales
  2. Must be knowledgeable about freight forwarding operations in ocean and air transportation
  3. Have an existing client base
  4. Self-starter with exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  5. Possess a client-focused mindset with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
  6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of selling logistics services
  7. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals
  8. Excel in decision-making and problem-solving with exceptional analytical skills
