Position Purpose

The Social Media Ad Specialist will create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The goal is to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through strategic ad placements and targeted engagement.

Education & Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a reputable university.
  • Certification in social media advertising is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media advertising.
Responsibilities
  • Design and execute advertising strategies tailored for the healthcare industry to generate leads.
  • Create and optimize lead generation funnels to improve ROI.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to enhance ROAS and reduce CPA.
  • Conduct audience research to target healthcare providers and decision-makers accurately.
  • Develop compelling ad creatives aligned with healthcare billing pain points.
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROI to ensure campaign profitability.
  • Provide performance reports and ROI analyses.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad variations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, healthcare marketing standards, and compliance.
  • Optimize landing pages to reduce drop-offs and improve lead quality.
  • Ensure campaigns contribute to client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Adjust strategies proactively to maintain cost-efficiency and scale lead volume.
Requirements
  • Proven success in managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, with a strong portfolio.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics.
  • Creative ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Understanding of social media trends and platform updates.
  • Meta Blueprint or similar certifications are advantageous.
