About the Role

We're looking for a talented Social Media and Google Ads Specialist to manage, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube). The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a proven track record of generating leads, driving high-converting traffic, and retaining audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (PPC), Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals (with support from design), and landing pages that convert.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS), and report insights to the marketing team.
  • Retain and nurture generated traffic and leads using retargeting, lookalike audiences, and other engagement strategies.
  • Continuously test and tweak campaigns to improve performance and reduce cost-per-lead.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to align campaigns with brand goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in paid advertising.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with PPC, remarketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of ad platforms, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Proven ability to generate and retain high-quality leads through strategic campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
