  • Troubleshoot user issues on Mac and Windows systems.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Certifications like CCNA are advantageous.
  • No prior experience is necessary; internships or relevant coursework are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Cisco hardware and networking software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
