We specialize in providing comprehensive care for those with ADHD/ADD, Anxiety, Insomnia, Depression, Stress, and other Primary Care needs, along with a range of Therapeutic Services tailored to each individual's unique needs.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a passion for delivering outstanding service through both calls and chat. This role demands excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

7PM to 3AM
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a timely and professional manner.
· Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
· Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
· Meet or exceed individual KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
· Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate support.
· Collaborate with QA and Training teams to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
· Handle sensitive information with integrity and in compliance with data protection guidelines.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree (any field)
· 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer support or call center environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
· Familiarity with CRM platforms such as ZOHO, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
· Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
· Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure
· High level of professionalism, accountability, and emotional intelligence
