About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Head of Accounts / Treasury Manager to lead our finance and treasury operations. Reporting to the Director of Global Tax and Treasury, this strategic role will focus on optimizing global cash management, enhancing liquidity, and maintaining compliance with US accounting standards.

You'll play a key part in developing best-in-class treasury systems, managing financial operations, and supporting the company's capital strategy—all while working closely with global leadership.

  • Key Responsibilities Treasury & Cash Management Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to forecast accounts receivable collections.
  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations including wires, internal transfers, and transaction documentation.
  • Develop and execute cash flow strategies to ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.
  • Prepare and maintain 13-week and annual rolling cash flow forecasts.
  • Oversee intercompany transactions, AP, payroll, taxes, debt service, and other financial obligations.
  • Monitor compliance with financial covenants and ensure accurate lender reporting.
  • Treasury Operations & Reporting Ensure accuracy and timeliness of treasury-related reports and metrics.
  • Track and reconcile all financial transactions related to treasury, debt, and investments.
  • Support in ongoing development of cash forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Debt & Capital Management Oversee company's debt structure, including planning, servicing, and compliance.
  • Assist with capital raising strategies, including debt and equity financing.
  • Qualifications Professional Certification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in US GAAP, with overall 7+ years in accounting/finance.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and treasury operations
  • Proven ability to manage liquidity, debt, and intercompany cash flows
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a high-performing accounts team
  • Experience in private equity or SaaS environment is a plus
