Fiberlink (Pvt) Ltd., a reputed ISP in Pakistan, is looking for professionals to fill the Key Account Manager position at their Karachi office. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
Job SpecificationResponsibilities
- Handle all queries related to assigned customers.
- Provide email- and telephone-based support to customers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical departments.
- Engage senior technical staff as needed for troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively.
- Generate invoices for assigned customers.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for working with people and helping customers succeed.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure their completion.
- Quick learner of new technologies.
- Effective multitasking and stress management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
