Mystic Advertising is looking for a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team If you have a strong strategic mindset, excellent ideation skills, and a proven track record of managing key accounts in an agency setting, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow key client accounts.
- Lead ideation and conceptualization of innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media, and production) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive growth.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met with high-quality standards and within deadlines.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong strategic thinking and ideation skills to drive innovative campaigns.
- Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships at a senior level.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Experience in digital and traditional marketing strategies is a plus.
