Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing crucial client accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, formulating business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include identifying opportunities for growth, analyzing account performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Account Management and handling Key Accounts
  • Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus
