This is an exceptional job opportunity to join the UK's leading translation and interpretation company, EMPIRE GROUP. We are looking for a full-time Scrum Master for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. As a Scrum Master, you will develop and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, instilling a clear vision and passionate drive. You will play a key role in fulfilling the vision, driving product implementation, and setting standards for the team to follow.

Job Description
  • Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
  • Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments.
  • Removing impediments to the Scrum Team's progress.
  • Ensuring all Scrum events are productive, positive, and within the timebox.
  • Assisting the Project Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management.
  • Helping the Scrum Team understand the importance of clear and concise Product Backlog items.
  • Supporting the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning in a complex environment.
  • Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Scrum adoption.
  • Planning and advising on Scrum implementations within the organization.
  • Helping employees and stakeholders understand and adopt an empirical approach for complex work.
  • Utilizing Scrum development processes, with the ability to adapt methodologies based on project needs.
Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

  • BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints.
  • Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in implementing Agile Scrum.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
