Junior Scrum Master

This is an exceptional job opportunity to join the UK's leading translation and interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP. We are looking for a full-time Scrum Master for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. As a Scrum Master, you'll develop and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, instilling a clear vision and passionate drive. You'll play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of our products, and setting standards for our teams to follow.
Job Description- Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
- Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments
- Removing impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
- Ensuring all Scrum events are positive, productive, and within the timebox
- Assisting the Project Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
- Helping the Scrum Team understand the importance of clear and concise Product Backlog items
- Supporting the Product Owner in establishing empirical product planning in complex environments
- Guiding the organization in leading, training, and coaching Scrum adoption
- Advising on planning and implementing Scrum within the organization
- Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
- Using Scrum development processes and tailoring methodologies according to project needs
Qualifications/Experience
- BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks
- Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Expert coach in implementing Agile Scrum
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
