This is an exceptional job opportunity to join UK's leading translation and interpretation company, EMPIRE GROUP. We are looking for a full-time Scrum Master for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. As a Scrum Master, you'll develop and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, instilling a clear vision and passionate drive. You'll play a leading role in fulfilling the vision, driving the implementation of our products, and setting standards for our teams to follow.

Job Description

  • Coaching team members in self-management and cross-functionality
  • Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments
  • Removing impediments to the Scrum Team's progress
  • Ensuring all Scrum events occur and are positive, productive, and within the timebox
  • Assisting the Project Manager in effective Product Goal definition and Backlog management
  • Helping the Scrum Team understand the importance of clear and concise Product Backlog items
  • Supporting the Product Owner in empirical product planning for complex environments
  • Leading, training, and coaching the organization in Scrum adoption
  • Planning and advising on Scrum implementations within the organization
  • Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
  • Utilizing Scrum development processes and tailoring them according to project needs

Requirements

  • BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferably Scrum Master certification such as SAFe, CSM, or PMI-ACP
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience and 2 years leading sprints
  • Demonstrable expertise in agile methodology and frameworks
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in implementing Agile Scrum
