Responsibilities
- Manage the operational activities of the department.
- Continuously monitor systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the finance department.
- Analyze and document business processes and problems and develop solutions to enhance efficiencies.
- Direct staff in the development, analysis and preparation of reports.
- Supervise department staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Schedule and conduct department meetings.
- Responsible to meet department productivity and annual goals.
- Responsible for processing of revenue, expenditure, control documents, department/SU budgets, ledger and account maintenance and data entry.
- Communicate with other relevant managers and director finance & Administration on department operations.
- Oversee daily cash position and operations of the finance department.
- Responsible for preparation of monthly financial reports and hold monthly financial review meetings of the university.
- Banking Relations and Management.
