Our organization is expanding into areas including Client Services, Project Advisory, Business Development, and Market Research.

Overview

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts and Finance, preferably a CA Finalist with knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and SECP regulations. The role involves ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing the finance team.

  • Maintain financial records in accordance with IFRS and company policies.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Tax Compliance

  • Ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors as needed.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to SECP regulations and filing requirements.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and suggest process improvements.

Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 members in the accounts and finance department.
  • Provide training to enhance team skills and performance.

Qualifications: CA Finalist / ACCA / M.Com / MBA / BBA

Experience: Articleship / 2-3 years of relevant experience
