Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and expand our business footprint. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the IT or software industry, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to identify and close high-value opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual capable of building relationships, pitching services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities in local and international markets
  • Develop and implement growth strategies, including partnerships, sales channels, and service expansions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (development, design, marketing) to ensure offerings align with client demands
  • Lead negotiations and close business deals that promote sustained revenue
  • Monitor and report on business performance metrics and lead pipeline progress
  • Represent Nerosec Innovations at networking events, trade shows, and online platforms
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the tech/software industry
  • Strong understanding of digital services including web/app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and business analytics software
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • International client-handling experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with proposal writing, RFPs, and client onboarding process
