Account Growth Specialist
About the RoleThis is a dynamic position that involves driving incremental orders and ensuring retention, exclusivity, and stronger relationships with key vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing business performance, growth, and customer experience.
Main Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Focus on increasing sales and revenue through strategic partnerships and promotional activities.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to improve their experience and drive loyalty.
- Innovative Solutions: Identify opportunities for growth and implement new initiatives to stay ahead of the competition.
- Logistics Management: Monitor and optimize logistics performance to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of business operations.
- Experience: At least 1.5 years of direct account management experience in the food industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency in presentations and business review skills, and knowledge of operational costings.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where goals are achieved quickly.
- Autonomy: Take ownership of projects and develop solutions from scratch.
