POSITION SUMMARY
Support Regional Sales Management team through timely reporting, analysis, processing orders, payments, and claims to achieve sales objectives by ensuring effective communication between sales force, other departments, and distributors/customers.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  1. Timely collection and planning of orders & coordination for payments from all regions/distributors in line with objectives.
  2. Prepare timely sales reports and analysis. Maintain sales history of concerned regions/zones and distributors.
  3. Monthly reconciliation of sales data with region/zonal reports.
  4. Coordinate effectively with all regions/distributors for timely submission of claims, their settlement, and clearance certificates as per SOP.
  5. Circulate TTS budget and trade promotions to sales team timely. Compile TTS spending, evaluate, and report.
  6. Assist Sales team with sales analysis, RSF, sales volume shares, bottom-up analysis as per business needs.
  7. Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
  8. Promote continuous improvement using the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) methodology.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or a related business field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience.
  • Ability to understand business dynamics and processes.
  • Understanding of all sales functions i.e., CCSD, Customer, Field sales.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
