About the Role

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently within deadlines.

We are looking for an individual who can ensure high-quality and timely delivery of releases, develop overall test procedures and framework, create a balance between manual and automated testing, and actively participate in developing test plans.

This role requires a self-directed and self-motivated individual with strong technical skills, who can work closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and product owners to ensure products and tools achieve desired level of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans that cover all aspects of software testing.
  • Manual and Automated Testing: Develop a balance between manual and automated testing to improve delivery efficiency and test coverage.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of releases, and identify areas for improvement in the development process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field.
  • Testing Experience: 4+ years of professional testing experience as a software QA engineer creating test plans, setting up test environments, and performing regression testing.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, and WinAppDriver for WinForms testing, as well as SQL queries and procedures.
