
Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts person to join our team and support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Process invoices and manage outgoing payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Assist in tax planning and ensure timely payments of taxes.
- Maintain accurate records for tax audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll and benefits.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Respond to inquiries related to accounts and financial matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the department.
- Assist in the organization of financial documents and filing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bcom or Above
- Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
