Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Seller, located in Karachi. The Front Seller will be responsible for greeting customers, managing point-of-sale operations, assisting customers with inquiries, maintaining product knowledge, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes managing inventory, keeping the store organized and presentable, and supporting promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and transaction processing
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Product knowledge and ability to assist with customer inquiries
  • Good communication skills in written and verbal forms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is beneficial
