Design Spectra Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Front Seller (Design Sales).

Location:

Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Shift:

8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary:

Based on experience

What You'll Do:
  1. Drive sales growth in web design
  2. Effectively handle and convert leads
  3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  4. Build relationships with international clients using strong interpersonal skills
What We're Looking For:
  1. Up to 2 years of experience in front selling, preferably in design sales
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  3. Exceptional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  4. Ability to build rapport and manage client interactions effectively
  5. Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM)
  6. Ability to achieve sales targets of $10k and $20k
