We're building a complex, scalable financial platform for transactions, utility bill payments, taxpayer records, tax calculators, returns filing, subscriptions, and more — all in one place.

Position Overview

We're hiring a Junior Full Stack Developer Intern who will:

  • Work independently on both frontend and backend tasks
  • Develop and submit daily source code + live demo
  • Collaborate remotely with our backend testing team
  • Debug and improve system based on live feedback
  • Strictly commit to working only with TaxationPk, no side work permitted

What You'll Build

In your first 100 days:

  • Alpha (MVP) version of our portal (Frontend + Backend)
  • 10–15 static content pages
  • Secure user registration system with roles (subscriber, author)
  • Basic blogging engine
  • A few interactive tax calculators
  • Structured, testable, and scalable code

After that, you'll help expand the platform into:

  • Secure financial transaction tools
  • Android & iOS app versions
  • Integrations with government/financial APIs
  • Modular dashboards with user-level customizations
  • And more…
Who Should Apply
  • Final-year IT/CS student or recent graduate planning to complete their Masters.
  • From a reputed HEC-recognized university
  • Strong academic background + real interest in full-stack development
  • Familiar with:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • PHP/MySQL (Laravel is a plus)
    • Git/GitHub and modern development practices
    • REST APIs and basic security

Islamabad residents preferred (remote work, but in-person potential later).

Growth Path

Start: Rs. 15,000/month (Trial included, paid). Monthly performance-based raises (10%), capped at:

  • Rs. 30,000 in Year 1
  • Rs. 40,000 in Year 2
  • Rs. 50,000 in Year 3
Long-Term Commitment

This internship is a path to permanent leadership. On successful 3-year completion:

  • Full-time role as Executive Director – IT (Full Stack)
  • 5% equity in TaxationPk Pvt Ltd (current value: Rs. 500,000)
  • Non-taxable basic salary + 5% dividends (when declared)
  • Authority to build and lead your own intern team
  • Strategic input on core product roadmap
