Responsibilities

You will be responsible for repair and maintenance of all Mechanical installation and piping services and to trouble shoot the problems in the above equipment.

Specifically, you will be responsible to:

  • carrying out overhaul, repairs, and maintenance of Mechanical Equipment installation and services in an effective manner to keep these equipment in perfect running condition
  • executing Planned Preventive Maintenance activities on all Mechanical Equipment / Services as per defined procedures to prevent frequent breakdowns and increase their life
  • recording all required information on Job activity to maintain history and other relevant data in the Facilities and Equipment Management System
  • inspecting and observing assigned Equipment / Services to minimize breakdown and to meet user's needs
  • following safety procedures and dress code at work
  • any other related task as assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements
  • secondary school Mandatory
  • certificate course in Plumbing preferred
  • 6-8 years of related work experience
  • technical knowledge about Air compressors, Pumps, Medical Air and Vacuum, Electro-Mechanical, Pneumatic, and other equipment
  • ability to read Piping and Instrumentation diagrams independently
  • ability to understand and write simple English and Urdu
  • extensive knowledge of plant preventive maintenance systems
