Facility Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our infrastructures.

The successful candidate will lead projects, manage maintenance programs, schedule downtime for emergency repairs, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

  • Lead project teams to ensure smooth operations of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarm systems, UPS, cooling systems, and other essential equipment.
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs, collaborate with contractors and suppliers, and prepare weekly status reports.
  • Conduct regular site walks, review assets, and report performance outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed monthly reports on asset condition, facility inspection, and performance outcomes.
  • Procure consumables, MEP spares, and cleaning supplies as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee EHS operations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Process invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 8-10 years of experience in facility administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
