Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Odoo ERP Developer for a project-based assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing Odoo modules based on specific business needs. You will work closely with our team to deliver a fully functional ERP solution that improves operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
  • Integrate third-party applications and services into the Odoo ERP.
  • Analyze project requirements and deliver Odoo solutions accordingly.
  • Design and implement new features based on business requirements.
  • Provide technical support during and after deployment.
  • Ensure data migration and accurate ERP configuration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers and business analysts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (minimum 3+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo v13 and above.
  • Proficiency in Python and XML.
  • Experience in PostgreSQL database management.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Odoo certification (optional but preferred).
  • Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Cloud platforms.
  • Previous experience in ERP project implementation for SMEs.
