  • Vendor Management: Required to manage relationships with the vendors. The vendors will be a mix of big corporates like Nokia / Samsung and could be as small as one shop retailers at electronic and home and lifestyle markets.
  • Business Development: Look out for new business opportunities for Daraz to partner with. This could be in the remit of sports or electronics.
  • Trends / Fashion: Remain up to date with the ever changing market scenarios for technology changes. This will directly translate into the marketing initiatives that will be driven by the vendor manager to boost sales for the category and brands.
  • Marketing and Inventory Management: Think of innovative ways to market brands and vendors to ensure ample sales and that there is no dead stock in the inventory.
  • End to End Processing of Products: Ensure timely processing of products from inbounding to production to coming online.
  • Understanding Analytics: Work closely with the analytics team to understand the demand cycle and procure items to meet the cycle.
