We are looking for experienced Front Desk Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of Daily Attendance Report.
  • Attending of inbound phone calls professionally.
  • Maintenance of Data and Record Keeping.
  • Scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Dealing with any inquiries at Reception.
  • Making of proper documentation when required.
  • Maintenance of Reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Job Specification

Key Skills Required:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must have less than one year experience.
  • Sharp, Punctual and Motivated.
  • Must be fluent in Spoken and Written English.
  • Effective Problem Solving Skills.
  • Professional Personal Presentation.
  • Must have excellent skills in MS Office and Basic IT Skills.
  • Must have knowledge of Google Drive.
  • Excellent Written, Organizational and Communication Skills.
