We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team for a U.S.-based insurance sales campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and qualifying leads to support our insurance sales team. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our customer base by generating high-quality leads through phone calls, emails, and online research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and send emails to potential insurance clients across the U.S.
  • Qualify prospects based on specific insurance criteria (e.g., age, income, coverage needs).
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients in the CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with sales reps to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Follow-up with warm leads and re-engage older prospects.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance with U.S. telemarketing and data privacy regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales (insurance preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and customer needs (training will be provided).
  • Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent in reaching out to potential leads.
