Urgent Hiring: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: DHA Phase 6 (Evening 5:30 PM - 2 AM) Monday-Friday

Salary Range: Rs 30,000

About the Role:

We're searching for a motivated and tech-savvy Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about identifying potential clients and opportunities, this role could be perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads using various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job bots, Glassdoor, Indeed, Google Jobs, and others.
  2. Research: Conduct thorough research to gather data on potential clients and markets, helping us expand our reach and grow our business.
  3. Tools & Platforms: Utilize LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other online platforms to source and generate leads.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover of leads and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Requirements:

  1. PERSONAL LAPTOP: Must have your own working laptop
  2. Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of Intermediate (Matric) in Science subjects.
  3. Experience: Fresh to 1 year of experience in lead generation, with a previous track record in the staffing industry.
  4. Knowledge of Online Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn, job bots, Glassdoor, Indeed, Google Jobs, and similar platforms.
  5. Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct detailed research and gather accurate information.
  6. Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

Base salary: PKR 30,000 per month. Benefits package includes travel allowance, 12 annual leaves, a great environment, and more.
