We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, social media, and other relevant channels to identify and generate leads
- Qualify leads based on company criteria to ensure they align with the target audience
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns
- Use CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring that they are promptly followed up with and nurtured throughout the sales funnel
- Set up meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and the company's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions
- Maintain a high level of activity, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
- Continuously improve outbound outreach techniques by reviewing performance metrics and implementing feedback
- 1-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation, sales, or business development, preferably in B2B
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS
