Position: Bilingual resource proficient in both Arabic and English to support our Guidance Residential Assistants project (AEAs). Due to the diverse needs of our clients, we require a candidate with a high level of proficiency in both languages.
Salary: Starting from 80K plus bonus
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Executive Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills (American Accent), be detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. Responsibilities include administrative support, data entry, scheduling, and handling customer inquiries to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up with customers, inbound & outbound.
- Manage emails, calendars, and appointments.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with AE.
- Collect, upload, and review customer documents.
- Review and maintain Guidance portals for respective AEs.
- Provide customer support via phone, email, text, and chat.
- Proven experience in customer service or a relevant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with an American accent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and relevant software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Mortgage and Real Estate is a plus.
