Responsibilities:
- Providing customer services to customers by answering their queries, requests, and complaints as defined in the process.
- Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.
- Ensuring smooth and flawless helpline operations.
- Taking accurate measures against customer complaints and providing input to secure strategies for customer services.
- TT generation of customers.
- Participating in all team meetings and team-building/motivational exercises on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and contributing to managing team objectives through teamwork.
- Responsible for meeting all targets/KPIs on a daily basis set by the department.
- Showing excellent customer service skills and helping to improve brand image and loyalty.
