About the Role

At Translation Empire PK, we value our customers' satisfaction above all else. As a Complaints Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining this commitment by ensuring that all complaints are handled promptly and fairly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers who have raised concerns about our services.
  2. Document all complaints thoroughly, including investigation notes and relevant supporting information.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and develop solutions.
  4. Keep customers informed throughout the complaint process, providing regular updates on progress.
  5. Work closely with the Complaints Manager to review and refine our complaints procedures.
  6. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and implement plans to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  8. Prepare clear, concise reports on complaints and their resolution.
  9. Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role or quality/complaints function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
