Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
Assist in the installation and configuration of new systems and applications.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
To act as 1st POC for the the assigned tasks.
Diagnose hardware/software or networking faults and solve remotely for Clients
Providing technical support across the company
Liaise with Service delivery Department to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
Proactively work with recruitment team to on-board field engineers by doing vetting calls
Updating Clients timely on assigned tasks and providing technical reports
Assisting FEs with their technical queries and procedural documentation
Preparing FE for the task and making sure they are updated with scope of work
Follow diagrams and written instructions to install/troubleshoot issue
Making sure all the deliverables have been completed by the assigned FE
Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
Ability to manage and prioritize numerous tasks/evaluations at one time
Possibly training junior staff

Job Specification

- Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems is a plus.
