Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an Information Technology Support Coordinator. The IT Support Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, coordinating projects, and overseeing various IT services. This role involves resolving technical issues, ensuring seamless service delivery, and acting as a point of contact between internal teams and service providers to ensure smooth IT workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (required or currently pursuing)
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in the IT industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in technical support, project coordination, and IT service management
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones, depending on project and client needs
