We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Assistant Manager Finance to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  2. Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  3. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial stability.
  4. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and liaise with external auditors.
  5. Support in financial analysis, planning, and decision-making.
  6. Assist in maintaining financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on financial performance.
  8. Coordinate with various departments to gather and analyze financial data.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or professional qualification such as ACCA/CA/CMA will be an advantage).
  2. Proven experience of 3 years in finance or accounting roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  3. Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
  4. Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
  5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
  7. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
