Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in telecom sales, health insurance, or insurance policy sales through telesales.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth in the telecom or insurance sector, particularly in health-related products or services.
  • Strong understanding of telecom and insurance industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs, particularly in the health insurance or health sector.
  • Familiarity with telesales operations and the ability to leverage telecom platforms for insurance policy sales.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams, including telesales teams.
  • Experience in setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to ensure team success.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the telecom or insurance sector.
  • Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, particularly in health insurance or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets, with a focus on telecom-based health insurance or insurance policy sales.
  • Align sales strategies with the company's overall business goals, particularly in the telecom and insurance sectors.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the telecom and health insurance sectors, leveraging existing industry knowledge and telesales channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the telecom and insurance industries.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales and telesales teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Foster a results-driven culture and ensure the team is equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities in the telecom and health insurance sectors.
  • Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of telecom-based insurance products or health-related services to clients.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of clients in the telecom and insurance sectors.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance against targets, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress and market developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of telesales operations with broader corporate sales efforts.
