BTL Marketing Coordination:
- Develop and implement BTL marketing strategies to support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility at the consumer level.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create and arrange point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional displays, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure that all BTL marketing activities align with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide the necessary marketing support to drive sales performance.
- Coordinate the distribution of POS materials and promotional items to sales teams and retail locations.
- Monitor inventory levels of marketing materials and ensure timely replenishment to support ongoing campaigns.
Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of BTL marketing activities, using metrics to assess impact on sales and consumer engagement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on BTL activities, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives to senior management.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve BTL marketing strategies.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the sales and marketing departments for all BTL initiatives.
- Collaborate with product management to ensure that BTL materials effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Engage with external vendors and agencies to source and produce marketing materials as needed.
Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences, informing BTL strategy development.
- Gather feedback from sales teams and consumers to identify areas for improvement in BTL marketing efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in BTL marketing to enhance effectiveness.
Training & Support:
- Provide training and support to sales teams on BTL initiatives and the use of marketing materials.
- Develop resources and guidelines for sales teams to effectively implement BTL activities in the field.
- Act as a point of contact for sales teams regarding BTL program inquiries and support.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the management of the BTL marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses related to BTL activities, providing recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and guidelines in all BTL marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing support, trade marketing, or related roles, preferably in the telecom or consumer goods industry.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management software.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales performance through effective marketing support.
