Job Description

The candidate should aim to build a career in tax practice with experience in a reputable firm offering tax advisory and tax compliance services.

Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, build and maintain strong relationships, understand their business needs, and provide proactive tax advice.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Lead and manage tax compliance engagements, develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients' financial positions.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, guiding on complex issues and ensuring high-quality work.
  • Research and Analysis: Stay updated on tax law changes, conduct research on technical issues, and provide solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, participate in development activities, and contribute to practice growth through networking.

The Skillset We Are Looking For

  • Well-versed with Pakistani tax laws, good communication skills, proficient in MS Office, and hands-on experience with IRIS (online tax portal).
