We're looking for passionate B2B Sales Experts to join our dynamic team and drive client acquisition through strategic bidding and sales channels like Upwork and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals.
- Generate and convert high-quality B2B leads for AI and software development projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and negotiation.
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target segments.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and Upwork bidding.
- Strong understanding of the software development and AI domain.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- This is an onsite role based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad.
