Job Title: Business Development Executive (Outbound Sales)

We're looking for passionate B2B Sales Experts to join our dynamic team and drive client acquisition through strategic bidding and sales channels like Upwork and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals.
  2. Generate and convert high-quality B2B leads for AI and software development projects.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and negotiation.
  4. Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  6. Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client requirements.
  7. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target segments.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and Upwork bidding.
  • Strong understanding of the software development and AI domain.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
