Role Description
This is a commission-based, performance-driven role for an Outdoor Salesperson at Bin Khaleel Bath & Kitchen Suite. The Outdoor Salesperson will be responsible for generating sales by visiting construction sites, interior designers, builders, contractors, and potential clients to promote our bathroom and kitchen products. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, sharing product information, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly sales targets. This is a field role based in Lahore, ideal for someone who is confident, self-motivated, and eager to earn through performance.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Experience in B2B sales or dealing with builders, contractors, or architects is a plus
- Familiarity with bathroom and kitchen products is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Self-driven with a strong desire to earn through commission
- Minimum qualification: Matric or Intermediate; sales training or experience preferred
