Position Overview

The PIM Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and editing product information data in various ERP systems used in Zones HQ and other Global geo team locations, ensuring data integrity to support key business operations such as quotes, POs, invoicing, and SKU-based reporting. This entails working directly in the ERP system or formatting the information so that it can be transferred to the Global geo teams' ERP system. The resource will be accountable for the daily data management and governance of hardware, software, and services throughout the product lifecycle. The goal is to support sales growth and customer satisfaction by providing complete and accurate product information promptly and employing SKU management best practices.

What You'll Do As The PIM Specialist
  • Learn, understand and execute the SKU management needs for the designated Zones locations.
  • If appropriate, format the SKU information in a manner that can be transferred to other Global geo teams' ERP system.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product information as per the policies and procedure laid out in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Respond and process all product modification requests in a timely and accurate manner throughout the lifecycle.
  • Provide support to Global geo teams during their standard operating hours (local time).
  • SKU requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Other SKU or data related requests or projects are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
What You Will Bring To The Team
  • Graduate – Any Specialization.
  • Written: Able to prepare written communications and accurately enter large quantities of data from multiple sources in a prescribed format.
  • Verbal: Good articulation and ability to manage escalations professionally.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrate strong accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work with urgency in a dynamic environment.
  • Works well in a team and takes ownership to achieve personal and team results.
  • Customer-centric focus to meet current and future needs and collaborate with other departments.
  • 1-2 years' experience in an Offshore/Outsourced model in a combined sales/operation/supply chain function; reseller hardware/software industry preferred.
  • General understanding of information technology products and terminology preferred.
