Job Summary:
As the Front Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our business. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your focus will be on promoting our graphic design, web development, and digital marketing services to businesses across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for our graphic design, web development, and digital marketing services.
- Market Research: Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and stay updated on competitors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Presentations and Proposals: Create compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze results, and provide insights to improve strategies and outcomes.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online platforms to enhance visibility and attract potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in graphic design, web development, or digital marketing services.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, web development technologies, and creative design processes.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
