About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced User Acquisition Specialist to lead and optimize our performance marketing efforts across mobile apps and games. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and deeply familiar with app marketing funnels, ad platforms, and user behavior across gaming and app environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage user acquisition campaigns across channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity Ads, etc.)
  • Scale campaigns for both casual and core mobile games as well as utility/productivity apps
  • Analyze cohort data and KPIs like CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention, and CAC to drive decision-making
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams for testing and optimizing ad creatives
  • Conduct A/B tests on targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies
  • Maintain and report acquisition funnel metrics with actionable insights
  • Stay updated with trends in mobile growth marketing, UA platforms, and industry benchmarks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in user acquisition for both mobile apps and games
  • Strong knowledge of MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Mixpanel)
  • Proven success with performance marketing (especially installs and post-install engagement)
  • Excellent analytical and budget management skills
  • Creative thinker with strong communication and leadership qualities

Preferred:

  • Experience in scaling UA for both iOS and Android platforms
  • Exposure to influencer-driven and organic growth tactics
