We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Officer/Assistant Manager (Data & Documentation) to join our operations team. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability of shipping container-related data using Salesforce and other digital tools. You'll work closely with internal teams to keep all records and documentation up-to-date and aligned with international standards, supporting our European headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain financial data for containers, including income and cost.
- Update arrival, return, and border crossing dates in Salesforce to maintain accurate tracking.
- Upload and link container images within the Salesforce asset cards.
- Review and correct transportation documents in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and complete data.
- Maintain organized digital records and logs for all uploaded documentation.
- Follow all instructions provided by the Team Lead precisely and in a timely manner.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation in Supply Chain, Information Technology, or Finance.
- Experience: Min 2 years of Hands-on experience with Salesforce is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for data entry and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.
